Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Evokore (evokore.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

You may browse Evokore without an account. Creating an account (via email, Google, GitHub) gives you access to additional features such as higher submission limits and content tracking. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

3. User-Submitted Content

When you submit a prompt to Evokore, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit the content
• The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content does not violate any applicable laws

By submitting content, you grant Evokore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, index, analyze (including generating vector embeddings), and distribute the content as part of the Evokore platform. You retain ownership of your original content and may request its removal at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit malicious, harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from Evokore without written permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or phishing attempts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at our discretion.

5. Content Moderation

All submitted content undergoes automated AI moderation before publication. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any content that violates these terms or our content policies. Moderation decisions are final but may be appealed by contacting support@evokore.com.

6. Intellectual Property

The Evokore platform, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by Evokore. User-submitted prompts remain the intellectual property of their respective authors, subject to the license granted in Section 3. Prompts sourced from public repositories are attributed to their original sources where possible.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time using the self-service deletion page or by emailing deletion@evokore.com. Upon account deletion:

• Your profile and account data will be permanently removed
• Your pending submissions will be deleted
• Published prompts will be disassociated from your account (anonymized)
• Subscription and quota records will be deleted

We may also terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Evokore is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Prompts will produce safe, accurate, or desired outputs from AI models
• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Content moderation will catch all harmful or inaccurate content

You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any content obtained through Evokore before using it in production systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evokore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages from AI-generated outputs, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Evokore after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
