Brutal Honesty Kit v3.7.1 ships optional operator tooling under v3.5/.
These tools do not replace the PR-body validator. They make common failure
patterns visible earlier in the workflow.
Stop Hook

The hook scans the last assistant turn for chat-side versions of the v3.7.1 gate-skip and score-laundering patterns. It is best-effort. The PR-body validator remains the load-bearing enforcement.

Slash Commands

/bhs-loop runs the per-PR Tier A loop and ends by handing off to a fresh Tier
B reviewer. /bhs-phased orchestrates longer multi-phase work across a phase
corpus.
Tier B is intentionally not shipped as a same-session slash command. Same-agent Tier B defeats the independence requirement.
Scratch Artifacts
Commands may write operator-local scratch under v3.5/out/. Adopter
repositories should ignore local scratch artifacts unless a specific artifact
is intentionally committed as public evidence.
